10 YD DUMPSTER RENTAL & CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT

Part 1: Dumpster Rental Terms & Conditions

I, the Customer requesting service, agree to the following terms and conditions for rental of described services.

Pricing & Payments:
  1. Customer agrees to pay $449.00 (base fee) for the 10 yd. container which includes up to 1 ton of materials and use for up to 7 days. A mileage-based transfer fee of $2.00 per mile shall be assessed from 2121 Biscayne Blvd #1472, Miami, FL 33137 to the designated drop-off site.
  2. Overage Charges:
    • Additional weight: $120.00/Ton (pro-rated)
    • Additional rental days: $25.00/day (after 7 days)
    • Overflowing dumpster: $99.00 starting (past fill line)
  3. Cancellation & Movement Charges:
    • Same-day cancellation: $99.00
    • On-site dumpster movement: $150.00 (without pull)
    • Failed delivery or pickup: $150.00
    • Wait time fee: $50.00/30 minutes (after 15-minute window)
  4. Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for hazardous materials.
  5. Unpaid balances after 10 days accrue 10% late fee from pickup date until paid in full.
Dumpster Use:
  1. Prohibited items: toxic/corrosive materials, liquids, containers unless crushed, medical waste, animal carcasses, asbestos, paint, tires, gas bottles, fluorescent tubes, extremely heavy materials (rock, dirt, concrete).
  2. All refuse must remain within confines of dumpster and not exceed top or sides.
  3. Customer liable for equipment damage beyond reasonable wear and tear.
  4. City/county permits are customer's responsibility if required.
Access & Ground Conditions:
  1. Customer responsible for access provision and surface protection. No responsibility accepted for surface damage.
  2. Container damage to surfaces only our responsibility if due to negligence.
  3. We reserve right to enter premises and retrieve container if not returned. Customer waives damage claims from such entry.
Part 2: Credit Card Authorization

By submitting this form, you authorize Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions to charge the credit card provided for agreed upon purchases and services as outlined above. You understand that your information will be saved to file for future transactions on your account, according to our security practices (we do not store full card numbers).

By signing below, I authorize Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions to:

  • Charge a $50 deposit to confirm my service booking
  • Charge the remaining balance of the total invoice upon completion of the service

I understand that the deposit is non-refundable for same-day service cancellations, and the final charge will reflect the agreed-upon services, including any additional fees discussed.
