JUNK REMOVAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR DIRTY BOYZ WASTE SOLUTIONS

Terms & Conditions:

I, the Customer requesting service, agree to the following terms and conditions for junk removal services provided by Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions.

Pricing & Payments:
  1. Junk removal pricing is based on volume (space taken in truck), labor, weight, and material type.
  2. Standard load pricing tiers:
    • ½ load: $469 – includes up to 1 hour of labor and 0.75 tons
    • ¾ load: $649 – includes up to 1.5 hours of labor and 1.125 tons
    • Full Load: $799 – includes up to 2 hours of labor and 1.5 tons
    • Smaller Pickups: Jobs requiring less than ½ load will be custom quoted based on item type, labor, and distance. Minimum charge applies.
  3. Additional charges (if applicable):
    • Extra labor: $99.00/hour per 2-man crew (beyond included labor time)
    • Overweight disposal: $120.00/ton over included weight (pro-rated)
    • Elevator/stair carry: $49.00
    • Disassembly/powertool usage: $49.00 starting
    • After-hours scheduling: 20% surcharge (added to the total service charge)
  4. Cancellation & job site charges:
    • Same-day cancellation: $49.00 if cancelled within 6 hours of scheduled service (non-refundable deposit)
    • Dry load: $99.00 (if the crew arrives and no items are available for removal)
  5. Any additional items removed from the job site that were not included in the original quote will be added to the final invoice and charged upon completion of service.
  6. Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by the landfill for certain items such as hazardous material (tires, oil, etc.)
  7. A $50 deposit is required to confirm the appointment. The remaining balance of service is due upon completion of service. The deposit is fully refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled service. Past-due payments exceeding 10 days are subject to a 10% late-fee.
Access & Property Conditions:
  1. Customer is responsible for ensuring the crew has safe, legal, and unimpeded access to the items. Delays due to blocked access, locked gates, unprepared sites, or ongoing loading may result in wait time fees.
  2. Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions is not liable for damage to landscaping, flooring, driveways, or walls caused by reasonable removal operations unless due to clear negligence. Customer assumes all liability for contents approved for removal.
