JUNK REMOVAL SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR DIRTY BOYZ WASTE SOLUTIONS

Terms & Conditions:

By checking the box below and submitting this form, you agree to the following terms and conditions for junk removal services.

Service & Pricing:

1. Pricing is determined based on the volume and type of items to be removed. Final pricing will be provided on-site before work begins.
2. Customer agrees to pay the quoted price upon completion of services unless other payment arrangements have been made in advance.
3. Additional fees may apply for items requiring special handling, disposal fees, or items located in difficult-to-access areas.
4. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions.
5. Any unpaid balance after 10 days will accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge until paid in full.

Service Limitations:

1. We do NOT remove:
   • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.)
   • Medical waste or biohazardous materials
   • Tires, batteries, or automotive fluids
   • Items requiring special permits or certifications
   • Items weighing more than what our team can safely handle
2. Customer must point out all items to be removed before work begins. Items not identified will not be removed.
3. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate for our services.

Liability & Property Protection:

1. Customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to all items to be removed.
2. While we take care to protect your property, customer should remove or protect valuable items in the work area.
3. Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions is not responsible for damage to property due to pre-existing conditions or normal wear during removal.
4. Customer agrees to hold harmless Dirty Boyz Waste Solutions from any claims arising from the removal of customer's items.

Scheduling & Cancellation:

1. Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and may be subject to weather conditions.
2. Customer may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice without penalty.
3. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
